However, I feel like a lot of the time, I’m not reading what I need to know. My biggest dislike is that only some herbs I think the more popular ones have actions broken out into their own section.

I have the book in its Greek translation. Beautifully published with lot of photos and drawings. The guide to growing, harvesting and processing in the back should serve as a good jumping-off point, but would no doubt need to be supplemented.
