I don’t know if this is only present in the kindle version but there’s no excuse for it being that bad. I quit caffeine before even finishing the introduction of this book. This book was zealous in its promotion of a caffeine free lifestyle, but I found it informative and motivational.

Caffeine Blues

I drank various herbal teas for a while when I quit but now I pretty much just drink rooibus redbush a naturally caffeine free tea that, to me, tastes sweet without milk or sugar.
