In that time I have added a slew of Forgeworld models, jroot genuinely had a great experience converting, painting, and playing the army as Kroot Mercenaries. I’m pretty pleased with the way the Lizardmen parts add to the model, but I think I may change up the skull on the Space Wolf claw, as it may be too easily identifiable as Space Wolves.
One thing you might consider doing is building up underneath the giant kroot beasts eyes. The squad leaders and character models are going to be updated to having the long head quills, and I have a feeling I am going to start scattering Kroot birds throughout the entire army.

After reading through the rules of the different units, I felt I had finally found stats that I envisioned my Kroot to have- lightning fast and deadly in assault, but with the same fragilities when it came to toughness and armor saves.
I played an point game this past week against Eldar and held my own, even winning all the small battles between units from each side.
